What is it about- An introductory course conducted by International Senior Coach for complete beginners in safe environment. Horse riding is a great sport to get involved with and is an activity for all ages and ability. There is real sense of exhalation and freedom when you ride. Horse riding provides physical benefits as well as psychological benefits. It’s a great therapy, simply being with horse and developing sense of trust is a great stress buster and boosts your general wellbeing. Learning to control and care for an animal larger than yourself, can have profound effect on your confidence.
What participants Achieve- Learning to ride and take care of your horse, enhancing skills, Boosting confidence, developing Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills Resilience and ability to cope with challenges, setting and respecting boundaries. And at the end of the course get accreditation.
Who all can enroll- Anyone from age 10yrs to 18yrs old.
Course Cost- 18,000/- INR per person (Inclusive of all meals , shared accommodation and certification course)
