What is it about- It’s a refresher course specially designed for The Stud farm owners & Breeders. As we all know, what it takes to run day to day activities for continually improvising the development and growth of the farm.
Through this course we are trying to simplify the tasks and challenges most of the stud farm owners & breeders face. It’s a blend of traditional and modern methods of stud farm management, which includes feeding to breeding, raring to training and maintaining the farm to keep the passion alive for present and future generations.
What participants Achieve- Participants would achieve a different prospective and for sure better understanding to maintain their farm. Also through this course one should be able to enhance the Communication and interpersonal skills, Adaptability, Appropriate assertiveness, Ability to cope with problems, Relationship building, Decision-making and problem-solving skills, setting and respecting boundaries.
Who all can enroll- Participants must be 18yrs & above. Open to all Horse owners & Breeders
Course Cost- 18,000/- INR per person (Inclusive of all meals, shared accommodation and certification course)
